The kPK GPI Fund was established in the year 1992, under the North-West Frontier Province General Provident Invest Fund Act, 1999. At current, the fund has the total strength of about Rs.18 billion.

Mr. M. Ahsan Hashmi CFO & Company Secretary
Mr. M. Ahsan Hashmi is Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan. He has an in-depth knowledge and practical experience of about 24 years in financial management, accounting, banking, finance and treasury. He is responsible for supervising all financial and accounting functions, as well as, looking after reporting requirements of all regulatory authorities alongwith liaising with the auditors and tax consultants. He is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Securities & Exchange Rules, Listing Regulations and all other relevant laws and regulations.
He has worked throughout with listed companies at various responsible positions including Head of Equity Operations and Chief Operating Officer. His last assignment was Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary with National Asset Management Company Limited.
Muhammad Wasim Head of Operations
Mr. Wasim holds the Bachelor degree in commerce. He has in depth knowledge of financial management, accounting and front & back–office operations of capital markets. He has worked with leading institutions like First National Equities Limited and holds diversified experience in brokerage operations.
Syed Muhammad Naved Ali Manager Information System & I.T Division
Mr. Ali holds the double masters degree in Computer Science (MS in Software Engineering from PAF-KIET and MS in Telecommunication & Networking from MAJU). He has in depth knowledge of Information Technology field, software, and Network .he is also Pioneer of Online Trading System in Pakistan and made first online trading system in Pakistan for capital markets.
